Pale lime as befits a fresh, new vintage white wine. Lovely, elegant, perfumed bouquet of fresh gooseberry and passion fruit. Certainly a light bodied wine which is just so easy to drink. There is a real minerality to the palate. The gooseberries and passionfruit from the nose combine with lemon and lime. Zesty and crisp acidity gives the wine a wonderful length with a harmonious balance on the finish.
