Tasting Note

Very aromatic and elegant, with fresh and typical aromas. Aromas of rue, pink grapefruit and lime combine with pleasant mineral notes, giving the wine great aromatic persistence. Fresh attack due to its balance acidity. Vegetable flavours, such as lemon leaves, combine with the delicate aroma of pink grapefruit. Elegant, subtle, with a sweet and citrus finish, and long persistence. Ideally served as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fish and salads.
